I hold a masters degree in business (MBA) and have over 19 years of experience working with clients and money. I’m an Accredited Mortgage Professional (AMP) which means I adhere to a professional code of conduct and maintain annual education requirements. My approach to the mortgage process is education based. Whether you’re buying a home or refinancing and existing one, it’s critical that you have the necessary information to make an informed financial decision. Listen-I start every interaction with a client by listening to their needs and goals Educate-I provide information and explain different mortgage scenarios Advice-I offer honest unbiased advice even if that means it doesn’t lead to a mortgage Recommend- I recommend products that meet client needs and goals Negotiate-I negotiate on your behalf so you can relax and focus on other things It’s not just my education and credentials that most clients choose to work with me; it’s the high level of customer service I provide, before, during and after the mortgage transaction.
